1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), booking and ticket data, organizer business data (including KYC documents such as GST certificate, bank details and cancelled cheque, stored in a private encrypted bucket), device and usage data, and any information you submit through forms.
2. How we use it
To operate bookings and ticketing, verify organizers, prevent fraud, provide support, send service communications (booking confirmations, reminders, notifications you have opted into), and improve the Platform.
3. Sharing
Attendee names/phone numbers on tickets are visible to the event organizer for entry management. Payment data is handled by licensed payment gateways. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage) bound by their own security commitments. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Security
Row-level access controls on all data, encrypted transport (HTTPS), private storage for KYC documents, role-based admin access and audit trails. No card numbers are stored on our systems.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications, by contacting us via the Help & Support page. We retain data as required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and preferences (such as language). We do not run third-party advertising cookies today.
7. Grievance officer
