1. About OfferInCity
OfferInCity ("we", "us", "the Platform") is an online marketplace at offerincity.com that enables customers to discover and book events, and enables event organizers to list, sell and manage tickets. We act as an intermediary between customers and organizers; events are conducted by their respective organizers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Bookings & tickets
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with QR ticket(s) on the Platform. Each QR ticket admits one person once. Tickets may be transferable until their QR is generated or the ticket is scanned, after which they lock. Entry is subject to the organizer's and venue's rules, age restrictions and a valid government photo ID.
4. Pricing & payments
Ticket prices are set by organizers. Applicable convenience fees and taxes, if any, are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by licensed payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. In general, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the organizer's own policy provides otherwise.
6. Organizers
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, conducting their events, obtaining required licences and permissions, honouring the tickets sold, and complying with applicable laws including GST. We may hold, reverse or remove listings and tickets in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or policy violations.
7. Prohibited conduct
No unlawful resale of tickets, no counterfeit or duplicated QR codes, no scraping or interfering with the Platform, no posting of unlawful or infringing content.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, safety or cancellation of events, which remain the organizer's responsibility.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
